Installation charge of $25 applies. You must rent a set-top box in order to get TV service from MTS. Regular monthly charges apply for each set-top box rented. One set-top box  per TV  required ($3/month per television). Set-top boxes remain property of MTS and must be returned if service is cancelled or  replacement cost will be charged. After 6 months, call MTS to select channel options; otherwise, service will continue and charges will be based on applicable prices current at that time.
